General Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- The item must be in pristine condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any odors or stains.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and included.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).
- The item must be purchased directly from bagladt.com. Third-party purchases must be returned to the original seller.

Damages, Defects & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Investigation Requirements:
To expedite your claim, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the external packaging (box/mailer).
- Your order number and description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and customization reasons, certain items are non-returnable:
- Customized/Personalized products
- Final Sale / Clearance items
- Gift Cards (Digital or Physical)
- Hazardous materials

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team. We will guide you through the process step-by-step.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (fees may apply), along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
* Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
